How do I earn coupons?

You’ll earn 5 points for every dollar you spend on a purchase, before tax, up to a maximum of 10,000 points in a single transaction. When a single transaction's point accrual exceeds 10,000, the additional points will be banked toward your next points-based coupon.

In a nutshell:

You’ll receive a $5 OFF coupon for every 1,000 points earned.

Points-to-coupon:

1,000 points = $5 coupon
2,000 points = $10 coupon
3,000 points = $15 coupon
4,000 points = $20 coupon
5,000 points = $25 coupon
6,000 points = $30 coupon
7,000 points = $35 coupon
8,000 points = $40 coupon

What can I expect to do on my Account Dashboard??

Track it anytime. Access your Account Dashboard to track points, rewards, and receipts. Once activated, use your Shop-O-Dollar$ Account Dashboard to:

• Earn points with in-store and online purchases
• See purchase history
• Get detailed receipts
• Track available points and coupons
• Get coupon redemption reminders
• See birthday coupons
• Receive emails and updates about special savings (you can opt out anytime)

Whether you signed up in-store or online, you need to digitally activate your account to access your Account Dashboard. We'll email an activation link to the address you provided at signup. Once your account is activated, you'll be able to view your Account Dashboard on mobile or desktop.

Do points or coupons expire?

Points never expire. Coupons do expire:

• Sign-up coupon: 90 days from joining
• Rewards coupons: 30 days after issue
• Birthday coupon: End of birthday month

What if I need to return a product that was purchased using a coupon?

Of course, we always hope that you'll be satisfied with any purchase you might make. As always, there are no returns on weather-related and clearance items. Should you need to return an item occasionally, as a courtesy, your points typically remain unchanged.
